PhotoMancer is an AI-powered photo transformation platform that allows users to master the magic of their photos using advanced AI models.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

PhotoMancer is designed for reasonable personal and professional use. This service:

• Is ideal for photographers, designers, and creative professionals
• Monthly limits vary by your Kickstarter tier (200-5000/month)
• Is NOT intended for massive industrial or automated processing
• Does NOT allow the use of bots or automated scripts
• Requires direct human use through our interface

Excessive or industrial use may result in account suspension.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or third-party rights violating content
• Use the service for automated mass processing
• Resell or redistribute access to the service
• Attempt to circumvent technical service limits
• Use the service for fraudulent activities

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the sole purpose of providing the Service.

6. Lifetime Access Model

PhotoMancer offers lifetime access with generous monthly quotas. Limits depend on your tier:

• Super Early Bird: 200 edits/month
• Early Bird: 300 edits/month
• Professional: 500 edits/month
• Studio: 1,000 edits/month
• Agency: 2,000 edits/month
• Founding Partner: 5,000 edits/month
• Additional credits available at 50-70% discount
